Reporting Outages
Member calls, texts, or SmartHub outage reports help us confirm the location and extent of outages.
CALL
To report an outage by phone, call our toll-free outage number at 1-888-271-6250, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This line connects you directly to our outage call center, where reports are received and crews are dispatched as needed.
TEXT
To report an outage by text message, simply text OUTAGE to 55050. This will:
- ) Report your outage to our system
- ) Automatically enroll you in text notifications
Please be aware that outage and restoration updates may be delayed by approximately 10 to 15 minutes while our outage system verifies meter status.
Important: Your mobile number must be on file with us for text notifications to work.
SMARTHUB
